Returns & Replacements

At PLUTONEOM, every sign, logo, nameplate, and gift is handcrafted with extreme precision. Because our products are custom-made and individually fabricated for each client, we operate on a strict **Replacement-Only** model.

1. No Monetary Refunds

We enforce a strict **NO MONETARY REFUNDS** policy under any circumstance. Once an order is confirmed and enters our fabrication queue, we cannot issue cash, bank, or card refunds.

⚠️ 2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your product arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will provide a **100% Free Replacement** of the exact product you ordered at absolutely no extra cost to you.

Critical Proof Requirement: To claim a free replacement, you **MUST** record and share a continuous, unedited, single-take unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The package's outer address label and shipping details prior to opening.
  • The continuous opening of the cardboard/wooden box and bubble wrapping.
  • The immediate testing/inspection of the product showing the damage or defect.

*Why we require this:* Our custom packaging is extremely robust. An unboxing video is required by our transit partners to verify genuine shipping damages and protect against post-delivery mishandling. Without a continuous unedited video, we are unable to process replacement claims.

3. Custom & Personalized Items

Personalized items (such as custom neon signs, business logos, or customized corporate gifts) are built specifically to your custom parameters. Because these items cannot be resold, we **cannot accept returns, cancellations, or replacements for change-of-mind**. They are only eligible for replacement in the event of transit damage or verified defects reported within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Standard Catalog Items

Even our standard designs are fabricated on-demand to maintain fresh LED strip lifespans and polished acrylic edges. Therefore, standard/non-customized catalog products also **cannot be returned for change-of-mind**. They are subject to the same replacement-only terms for verified transit damage or manufacturing defects.

5. How to Request a Replacement

If your package shows signs of transit damage, please follow these steps:

  1. Record the continuous unboxing video.
  2. Email us at plutoneom@gmail.com or WhatsApp our support line at +91 98765 43210 within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your Order Number and attach the continuous video file.

Upon review and verification of the unboxing proof by our team, we will immediately fast-track a fresh replacement in our workshop and dispatch it to your address free of charge.
