1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, using our custom neon builder, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to display accurate descriptions, details, specifications, and prices for custom neon signs, ready-made neon lights, acrylic logos, LED/non-LED nameplates, and custom gifts.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing or description error, PLUTONEOM reserves the right to correct the error and update details accordingly.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. PLUTONEOM reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include:

• Obvious pricing errors or description inaccuracies.
• Lack of availability of raw materials or production constraints.
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transaction behavior.

If we cancel your order after processing payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property & Customer Submissions

Our service allows you to submit custom texts, fonts, designs, or upload company logos for fabrication.

• You retain full responsibility for all content (text, designs, logos, artwork) you submit to PLUTONEOM.
• By submitting content, you warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use it.
• PLUTONEOM is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement claims arising from customer-submitted text, logos, or designs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLUTONEOM and its artisans shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our products or website.
• Improper mounting, wall installation, or electrical handling of low-voltage neon and acrylic signage.
• Minor discrepancies in color, brightness, or handcrafting finishes (as every item is individually handmade and slight variations are normal).

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your transaction relationship with PLUTONEOM are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
