1. Processing & Crafting Times

Because we specialize in custom neon signs, acrylic office logos, nameplates, and personalized gifts, almost all items are made-to-order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Crafted and dispatched within 3-5 business days from order confirmation/design approval.
Standard/Catalog Items: Follow the same 3-5 business days timeline as they are also fabricated upon request to maintain quality.

2. Transit & Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.

Major Metro Cities: Typically 3-4 business days for transit.
Rest of India: Typically 5-7 business days for transit.

*Note: Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier partner delays, which are outside our direct control.

3. Shipping Charges
